Bharwa Gunda

Gunda is a small, sticky berry native to Rajasthan with a mildly sour flesh and a distinctive sticky stone. In Bharwa Gunda, each berry is stuffed with a spice mixture of ground mustard, fennel, dry mango powder, and red chilli. It's a labour-intensive pickle that takes days to prepare — the result is worth every bit of that effort.
