Ker Keri Gunda

This is the queen of Marwari pickles. Three wild, seasonal ingredients — ker (desert berries), keri (raw mango), and gunda (Cordia berries) — preserved together in aromatic mustard oil. Each ingredient brings something different: ker is tart, keri is sharp and fruity, gunda is dense and sticky. Together they are extraordinary. Available only during the brief summer season when all three ingredients are fresh.
